The project began as a proactive intervention to mitigate anxiety, notably with Primary 7 who transition from Primary to Secondary, and a much bigger school. Suzie guided our pupils through mindfulness as tools to equip our pupils for their journey. In an increasingly anxious generation this input has had a real impact.
